Horicon Marsh – Nature at its Finest

Recently, a great photographer and friend of mine and I went to Horicon Marsh.

We witnessed some incredible things! It’s truly astounding what you can find in nature.

On this trip, I witnessed things I’ve never seen in all my experience camping and being outdoors. I was impressed!

My friend said he had been trying for some time to capture an image like the following:

Egret with Fish in Mouth

I’ll admit, I wouldn’t have the shot without the ability to capture multiple images per second, but it was a truly opportune moment!

I also witnessed a butterfly getting caught in a spider web. Then I witnessed the spider come out and begin making a meal out of the poor thing. It was truly amazing!

Despite the fact that I do not enjoy the presence of spiders that is an interesting looking spider. I still wouldn’t want it to come near me.
